How We Build
Building software involves many moving parts. Our delivery process keeps requirements, responsibilities, decisions and deliverables clear from the beginning.
The development process
Ready-to-Build projects use an established product architecture with agreed customization. Custom projects may require deeper product definition and UX/UI work.
Understand the business, problem, users, objectives, requirements and existing systems.
Translate requirements into a clear commercial and delivery foundation.
Define how users move through the product and how the interface should work.
Develop the agreed product components and functionality.
Add AI and automation only where they create practical value.
Verify the agreed experience before production launch.
You review agreed deliverables. Issues within scope are addressed; new requirements enter the Change Request process.
Prepare the approved release for its production environment.
Begin with the 30-Day Launch Warranty, then continue through the appropriate Care Plan where required.
Scope protection
Only functionality expressly identified in the approved Scope of Work is included in the project price.
Requirements outside the approved scope may affect price, timeline, architecture and third-party costs. They are reviewed before additional development begins.
Change Requests
Customer responsibilities
Delivery can depend on access to the right business information and timely decisions. Customer delays may affect the agreed schedule.
After launch, defects in agreed delivered functionality are covered for 30 days. New requirements, third-party changes and functionality outside the approved Scope of Work are not warranty defects.
Support & Grow
After the 30-Day Launch Warranty, Essential, Growth and Scale Care Plans provide different levels of ongoing maintenance, monitoring and development support.
