1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies are, how they may be used by the Clear Handover Labs website, and how visitor choices will be managed if non-essential technologies are introduced.
2. Cookies & Storage Technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website or its service providers may place on a browser or device. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, software-development-kit identifiers and tracking pixels.
These technologies can support essential operation, remember choices, measure usage or support advertising, depending on how a website is configured.
3. Current Website Use
Clear Handover Labs has not enabled analytics, advertising pixels or marketing-cookie integrations on the current website.
The hosting, access and enquiry-processing services may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure or operate the website and its forms. Those technologies are operational rather than marketing-related.
4. Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used where required to provide the website, maintain security, manage access, balance traffic or remember an essential session state. These technologies cannot always be disabled without affecting website operation.
5. Preference Functionality
Preference technologies may in future remember choices such as language, display settings or consent selections. They will be documented and configured according to their purpose before activation.
The visible English/Arabic language indicator does not currently activate Arabic content or a stored language preference.
6. Analytics Technologies That May Be Introduced Later
Analytics may later be considered to understand website performance, visitor journeys and which content is useful. No analytics provider has been approved or enabled at present.
If non-essential analytics technologies are introduced, the website will first implement an appropriate consent and preference mechanism where required.
7. Marketing & Advertising Technologies That May Be Introduced Later
Marketing cookies and advertising pixels can be used to measure campaigns, build audiences or personalize advertising. Clear Handover Labs has not enabled these technologies.
They will not be pre-enabled before the appropriate consent controls, disclosures and provider review are in place.
8. Third-Party Technologies
When a visitor follows the external Calendly booking link, Calendly's own website and privacy choices apply. Future features such as embedded media, payment services, maps or other external integrations may set their own cookies or use similar technologies. The relevant provider, purpose and controls will be reviewed before such features are activated.
9. Managing Cookie Choices
Because no Clear Handover Labs analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are currently enabled, the website does not display a consent banner merely for appearance.
If non-essential technologies are introduced, visitors will be given an appropriate way to accept, reject or manage them before they are activated where consent is required. Browser controls may also allow cookies to be blocked or deleted, although blocking necessary technologies can affect website operation.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when website functionality, service providers or legal requirements change. The publication date will show when the policy was most recently updated.
